What is the auric energy field that surrounds me?

Every living thing has an aura; the human aura is the energy field that surrounds the physical body, this aura is also known as the subtle bodies. The human aura has layers of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual elements.

auric field,What is the auric energy field that surrounds meSo what is the auric energy field that surrounds me? The auric energy field exists in different layers there are seven auric energy fields or layers, sometimes referred to as harmonics because of the colour fields they emit.

Each auric energy field is individual yet they inter-connect perfectly with each other. The seven layers of the auric energy fields can be divided into two planes the physical and the spiritual.

An individual’s aura will show information about them, for example what happened in the past, and what sort of energy they are open to in the future. An individual’s aura can also show past physical ailments or the beginning of new ones. This is determined by looking at the number of colours, the various shades and position of these colours, the overall size of the individual’s aura and how quickly the auric colours alter these are all used to determine a wealth of information concerning the past and future possibilities.

aura, individual’s aura, auric energy fieldsAuras contain the primary colours of the rainbow these colours can change depending on the emotion an individual is experiencing. Our auras are made up of many colours and many shades of colours which alter; this shows our constant change in thoughts and emotions.

Humans are complex and dynamic, continuously changing and as such the auric energy field of an individual is also distinctive and varying.

Our auric energy fields can also change is size depending on how we feel, for example when we are happy our aura can gain in dimensions while when we are sad it may shrink in size. This is also true of the place you live, if you live in a highly populated area your aura may be tighter/smaller than a person that lives in a rural location.

The first layer of the aura is the etheric aura, it vibrates close to the physical body, the first layer of the aura holds information relating to the person’s physical health. This layer of the aura is typically various shades of blue.

The etheric aura can also be seen around trees, plants and animals it can also be detected around furniture.

The second layer of the aura is the emotional layer, this indicates emotions and feelings. The second layer of the aura will change in colour depending on how we are feeling when a person is low the colour of this layer can appear muddy. This layer also stores unsettled emotions such as fear, resentment, and loneliness. When there are problems with the second auric layer it will affect the first layer which will process this information into the physical body.

Physical tension, muscle cramps and upset stomach could be a result of the etheric (first) layer being bombarded by emotional pain residing in the second aura layer.

What is the auric energy field that surrounds me,auric energy field The third layer of the aura is the mental layer; this contains your consciousness, ideas, thoughts, beliefs and mental processes. Any mental health issues will present themselves in this layer. The third layer of the aura is typically shades of yellow. This third layer can be spread out anywhere between 3 inches to 8 inches from the physical body.

The fourth layer of the aura is the astral bridge layer of the aura. The astral layer of the aura deals with the connections and bridge that the person has to the astral planes. It deals with our sense of love, well-being and life-balance. The astral layer of the aura can spread typically about a foot from the physical body. When a person’s spiritual health is good this layer will be bright and vibrant, normally the colours will be within the rainbow spectrum of colours.

The fifth layer of the aura is the etheric template. The fifth layer of the aura the etheric aura is a blueprint of the physical world the person is habituating. Chiefly the fifth layer of the aura serves as a carbon copy of the physical body on the spiritual plane.

The sixth layer of the aura is the celestial aura. The sixth layer the celestial aura can extend anything up to two and a half feet from the physical body. The sixth layer the celestial aura is where we communicate with the spiritual realms. The sixth layer of the aura is where the physical mind comes to link with the spiritual mind through meditation and devotional practices. This layer of the aura also contains those feelings of unconditional love. The colours of the sixth layer of the aura are normally brighter and shimmering multifaceted opalescent pastel colours. The celestial layer of the aura embraces our experiences of having a connection to something greater than ourselves.

The seventh layer of the aura is the ketheric template. This is the outer layer and holds all the other layers in place it encompasses the blueprint of our spiritual path, mirroring the soul’s experiences and events through time.

The seventh layer of the aura the ketheric template vibrates at the highest frequency. The ketheric template is typically full of gold threads. The ketheric template reflects the experiences that your soul has undergone; this seventh layer of the aura is the link to the Divine and becoming one with the Universe.

The various layers of the aura can be read separately or in conjunction with each other. The colours are not physically separated by a line or space between them, they seem to fuse or change into one another.

Smudging to cleanse the aura of negativity

Written by Amber

http://www.online-tarot-readings-by-amber.info

smudge stick Smudging is thought to have originated from Native American traditions. Smudging is the burning of herbs for emotional, psychic, and spiritual purification, it is used as a means to cleanse the aura, a person, place or an object of negative energies or influences. It is also an effective method for energizing or blessing a person, place or object.

Smudging is thought to be useful for people that are feeling anxious, resentful, under the weather, depressed even angry. Smudging is used by many clairvoyants myself included for clearing negativity in the aura as well as before beginning a ritual or ceremony.

I always cleanse my crystals by smudging to cleanse them of any negative or lingering energy.

Every living thing has an aura, and keeping this aura free of negativity can be done using the technique of smudging.

Herbs used for Smudging

Smudging can be done in a variety of ways and with the use of different herbs, however Sage is probably the most common herbs used for smudging, followed by Sweet Grass. Sage is used to get rid of negative energies, spirits and influences, while the sweet grass will gather new and positive energies.

A smudge stick is made from herbs tied into a bundle and allowed to dry. In traditional societies the herbs used for smudging are considered sacred and the smudge stick is treated with great respect.

How to Smudge

The art of smudging is easy to master, however this is a ritual that needs to be undertaken with conviction and intent for it to work. To begin a candle is lit and the end of the smudge stick is held in the flame. The idea is to catch the very end of the smudge stick alight.

Once the smudge stick is alight with flame, blow it out so that the smudge stick is smouldering, not burning.

Smudging to cleanse the aura of negativity

For this you will need some feathers – you could use your hand if you wish but typically feathers are used. You will need to fan – waft the swirls of smoke around your body from head to toe. You could ask someone to swirl the smoke around you, to be sure that you get to the areas like your back.

You could also place the smouldering smudge stick on a shell and step through the wafting smoke. When smudging to cleanse the aura of negativity you should concentrate on the areas where you feel there are blockages or where there has been or is physical, emotional, or spiritual pain.

When smudging you need to imagine the smoke from the smouldering smudge stick is carrying away the negativity that is around you and in your aura. If you are feeling anxious for example, visualize the smoke carrying away all your anxiety.

You may want to repeat to yourself an intention or a suggestion while smudging.

Cleansing the Aura…part two

Written by Amber

Cleansing the Aura…part two

Cleansing the aura is a form of healing which helps cleanse and repair damaged and dull auras.

Our auras are affected by various things like for example the past, ailments, our environment; work, home, other people and so on…

A polluted aura can make you feel ill, tired, run down, emotionally drained, stressed and unbalanced. A polluted aura will attract negativity like a huge fly paper sucking in negativity and keeping it stuck to you. This then has a knock on effect of deflecting positivity creating more challenges and difficulties being drawn towards you.

Typically cleansing the aura can be achieved by the individual but on occasions help can and does need to be sought from a professional psychic that can read and work with auras.

My favourite method of aura cleansing involves the use of crystals.

Aura cleansing crystal healing

Crystals have been around for thousands of years and will generally vibrate at a higher frequency. There are many different crystals available for protection, strengthening, healing and energizing your aura such as smoky quartz, amber, obsidian, amethyst, citrine, selenite, fluorite, magnetite and black tourmaline my personal favourite aura cleansing crystal for healing is clear quartz crystal.

Aura cleansing crystal healing with Clear Quartz Crystal

The all singing all dancing crystal, good for the brain, good for the soul a very powerful dispeller of negativity in your own energy field (aura). Receives, activates, amplifies and transmits energy. This is a good thought provoker, a good crystal for meditation and can help with communication difficulties as well as with the higher self. Used as an excellent channeller for healing.

Aura cleansing crystal healing with clear quartz crystal:

Probably the easiest method to cleanse your aura is to carry one with you or wear it as jewellery you could also keep one at the head of your bed.

Another method used for cleansing is while relaxed and laying on a comfortable surface, (try and avoid this exercise while you are tired or all you will achieve is falling asleep) place the clear quartz crystal on your brow (third eye chakra area) between your eyes above the eyebrows middle forehead. Shut your eyes and relax, if you are able to meditate try and visualise a pure white light radiating from the crystal and bathing your entire body, imagine this white light cleansing and healing your aura, release the negativity into this white light and allow yourself to heal.

Another method is to utilise the power of the moon – for this method you will need a FULL MOON. Gather your items – an empty spray liquid bottle (atomizer) cleaned thoroughly. Your crystals clear crystal quartz or you can use other crystals such as rose quartz or even moonstone. Put the crystals in the bottle and add spring water, leave the crystals to infuse in the water in the light of the moon over night. The next day spray the water in a mist around your body and allow this infused water to cleanse your aura.

You can also sweep a crystal such as clear quartz crystal repeatedly through your energy field, head to toe, with the intention that it will absorb any negative energy.

Cleansing the aura

Written by Amber

http://www.online-tarot-readings-by-amber.info

We all have an aura. The human aura is the energy field that surrounds the physical body, this aura is also known as the subtle bodies. The human aura has layers of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual elements.

cleanse aura

Let me explain what the auric energy field is:

The auric energy field is made up of seven different layers or fields, these layers are often referred to harmonics – this is because of the colours that they emit, there are seven auric energy fields or layers, sometimes referred to as harmonics because of the colour fields they radiate. The various colours and the intensity of the aura, especially around and above the head have VERY special meanings.

The human aura can show our true nature, feelings, ailments and intentions for everyone to see.

Our auric energy field is individual to us it surrounds us and inter-connects perfectly with each layer. The seven layers of the auric energy fields can be divided into two planes the physical and the spiritual.

Each individual’s aura is different and will show information about them, like for example their past, and will give an insight into the sort of energy they are open to in the future. An individual’s aura can also show past physical ailments or the beginning of new ones. This is determined by looking at the number of colours, the various shades and position of these colours, the overall size of the individual’s aura and how quickly the auric colours alter these are all used to determine a host of information concerning the past and future possibilities.

Typically auras contain the primary colours of the rainbow these colours can alter depending on the individual’s health and emotions at that time. Typically auras are made up of many colours and shades which alter; this shows our constant change in thoughts and emotions.

What affects the human aura?

  •        The aura is affected by external influences such as your work and work environment, your home, neighbours, the area you live in your city, country and even the world!
  •        The aura is affected by internal influences such as illness, you may need to detox, being pregnant, your weight, your’ eating and drinking habits and so on…
  •        The aura is affected by substances like tobacco, alcohol, caffeine, and illegal substances etc.
  •        The aura is affected by your feelings and emotions your thought processes and so on…This can culminate in a real negative affect on the aura.
  •        The aura is also affected by those around you – What this means is that those around us can and will affect our aura especially those we spend most of our time with. So for example a grumpy partner – your aura will pick up this negativity and energy. Your children can also affect the aura demanding kids, over protective parents and so on…

Humans are complex and dynamic, endlessly changing and as such the auric energy field of an individual is also unique and changeable.

The colours of the aura will alter for example: the colours of the aura change a red layer would indicate anger, sexuality and a strong nature – sports person about to compete would typically have red within the auric layers.

An aura can indicate when a person is stressed out or tired. Black in the aura can indicate depression.

There are techniques that can be used to help with cleansing the aura – follow my blog posts – coming next Cleansing the aura part two…

What is the auric energy field?

seven-layers-of-the-auraEvery living thing has an aura; the human aura is the energy field that surrounds the physical body, this aura is also known as the subtle bodies. The human aura has layers of physical, emotional, mental and spiritual elements.

So what is the auric energy field?

Auras contain the primary colours of the rainbow these colours can change depending on the emotion an individual is experiencing.

The first layer of the aura is the etheric aura, it vibrates close to the physical body, the first layer of the aura the etheric aura holds information relating to the person’s physical health. This layer of the aura is typically various shades of blue.

The etheric aura can also be seen around trees, plants and animals it can also be detected around furniture.

The second layer of the aura is the emotional layer, this indicates emotions and feelings. The second layer of the aura the emotional layer will change in colour depending on how we are feeling when a person is low the colour of this layer can appear muddy. This second layer of the aura the emotional layer also stores unsettled emotions such as fear, resentment, and loneliness. When there are problems with the second auric layer it will affect the first layer which will process this information into the physical body.

Physical tension, muscle cramps and upset stomach could be a result of the etheric (first) layer being bombarded by emotional pain residing in the second aura layer.

The third layer of the aura is the mental layer; this contains your consciousness, ideas, thoughts, beliefs and mental processes. Any mental health issues will present themselves in this third layer of the aura. The third layer of the aura the mental layer is typically shades of yellow. This third layer of the aura can be spread out anywhere between 3 inches to 8 inches from the physical body.

The fourth layer of the aura is the astral bridge layer of the aura. The astral layer of the aura deals with the connections and bridge that the person has to the astral planes. It deals with our sense of love, well-being and life-balance. The astral layer of the aura can spread typically about a foot from the physical body. When a person’s spiritual health is good the astral layer of the aura will be bright and vibrant, normally the colours will be within the rainbow spectrum of colours.

The fifth layer of the aura is the etheric template. The fifth layer of the aura the etheric template is a blueprint of the physical world the person is habituating. Chiefly the fifth layer of the aura the etheric template serves as a carbon copy of the physical body on the spiritual plane.

The sixth layer of the aura is the celestial aura. The sixth layer the celestial aura can extend anything up to two and a half feet from the physical body. The sixth layer of the aura the celestial aura is where we communicate with the spiritual realms. The sixth layer of the aurathe celestial aura is where the physical mind comes to link with the spiritual mind through meditation and devotional practices. This sixth layer of the aura also contains those feelings of unconditional love.
